David was a fantastic supporter of the MS International Cricket CLASSic who contributed freely of his time and energy over many years. Such a very sad loss to all. HOOKES, David. David, tragically stolen before your time. You will always be remembered as e who did not have enough hours in a day to accomplish all your goals. Even though we have been geographically separated over the years we managed to maintain a wonderful close family relationship. We cherish the memories of the times we did have together.
