Passed away peacefully after a short but courageous battle 13th October 2012
Aged 83 Years

Beloved husband of HEATHER, much loved father and father-in-law of GAI and JOHN, BRETT and MELINDA. Adored grandad of KATHRYN and RONNIE, MALCOLM and KELLY, GRANT and MELISSA, EMMA and NICK, ASHLEIGH and ANDREW. Much adored and loved great grandad "Gun Gun" of ASHLEIGH BELLE, JACOB and BENTLEY. Brother-in-law to KEN (decd) and VENITA CORNFORD and uncle to their FAMILY.

The Relatives and Friends of WARWICK are warmly invited to attend a celebration of his life, to be held in the Chapel of Lake Macquarie Memorial Park, Ryhope this TUESDAY 16/10/12, Service commencing at 12 noon.
