A beautiful, Aunty, so very special, many wonderful memories and they will live on in our hearts forever. Our love goes out to Aunty Melva’s daughter Marilyn and Dianne and their families which included treasured grandchildren and great grandchildren. Thankyou Aunty Melva, you were simply the best and we found a best friend in you and we know you are in a better place now, re-united with Uncle Beau and all the pain and disability you have suffered has gone and you are free, in the arms of an angel, another journey begins. When the tears fall remember what you were to-each other in life’s journey and how blessed you all were to be family. Aunty Melva was so brave in her ongoing battle with cancer and had so many admissions to hospital for transfusions over the last three years and yet she always remained bright and always kept her sense of humour, amazing. You were inspiring is so many ways. Thankyou Aunty Melva for your love you gave to Ian and I and our family. Also for taking me out in the stroller when I was a baby which you said you enjoyed so much and I am sure I did as well. I am so glad you were well for Luke and Cathlins wedding and I will always keep this beautiful memory of you on the dance floor and you looked so well and so gorgeous. Your talent with the ceramics was first class standard and a pleasure to look at so exquisite. I know you were blessed with loving daughters who did all they could to help you stay in your own home which was your wish and with this help you did until the last few weeks. Also your grandchildren and great grandchildren were a tonic and you always gave and received so much joy from their company. May you rest in peace, and the angel will take you home. Lots of love always, and thankyou for the wonderful memories we shared, we will miss you very much and I pray that you meet my beautiful mother on the next journey as you departed this world only four days apart.

Robyn and Ian Gilmore and family

I pray that whatever believe system your family has brings them a measure of peace and comfort and knowing so many family and friends hold them closely in their hearts and care very deeply about them and will be there when you need them
