December 16, 2012 after a short battle with cancer.

Loved husband of Vicki and adored father of Alana. Younger brother of John and Virginia, brother-in-law of Leonie and Michael and uncle to their children.
A brilliant artist, now at peace.

Aged 59 years.

Family and friends were warmly invited to celebrate DAVIDs life in the East Chapel of the Northern Suburbs Crematorium on Thursday (December 20, 2012) at 10.30 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations were welcome to the Salvation Army.

Dear Vicki,

Sorry to hear the terrible news, after years of trying to reconnect with you this was certainly not any way to finally find out something about your life. I wish you would write back and perhaps we could get a chance to learn something about one another lives again.

Please know I have thought of you so often over the years, and I am truly sorry for your loss. My most sincere sympathy to you and your daughter Alana (who looks amazingly like you did at the same age.)
