Beloved son of David and Josephine and brother to Mike. Devoted Dad to darling daughters Indigo and Lilly, who adored him and who he will love forever.
Sam will live on in all those whose lives he touched.
SAMS Funeral and Celebration of his life will take place on Friday (December 28, 2012) at 10 am, St Francis Xavier Church, 17 McKenzie St, Lavender Bay, followed by a wake at The Coal Loader, Balls Head, Waverton, from 12 p.m.
Private Committal.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Beyond Blue in Sams honour.
