Family and friends are warmly invited to attend JOHNS Funeral Service to be held in the Camellia Chapel, Macquarie Park Crematorium, corner of Delhi and Plassey Roads, North Ryde, on Friday (December 28, 2012) commencing at 2.30 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to NeuRA Foundation, envelopes will be available at the service.
