Loving wife to BARRY. Inspirational and adored mother to MATHEW, JAMES, CHRISTOPHER, JESSICA and ALEXANDER (decd) and cherished "Jaye-Jaye" to LUCINDA, ANNIE, ANNABEL and HANNAH.
Relatives and Friends are warmly invited to attend a Memorial for JAYE at St Marks Darling Point, commencing at 11.30am this FRIDAY 11th January 2013. In lieu of flowers the family would be thankful if donations could be made to the Neuroscience Research Australia for research into Motor Neurone Disease.
