Passed away after a courageous battle with Leukaemia 22nd September, 2014
Aged 53 Years

Son of PAT and FAY. Loved husband of HELEN, Brother of ANN. Beloved father of NAOMI and BEN, stepfather to FELICITY and TRENT. Father-in-law of KELLY and NIKITA. Poppy of CLARE,WILLIAM and ARIANA. Much loved uncle, cousin, nephew and friend.

The Relatives and Friends of ANDREW are warmly invited to attend his Funeral to be held in Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Platt St, Waratah on MONDAY 29/9/2014 Funeral Mass for the repose of his soul commencing at 11am.
