The Relatives and Friends of KEN are kindly invited to attend his Funeral Service this MONDAY (February 16, 2004) to commence at 11.30am in the Chapel of the Mackay Family Crematorium, Pacific Hwy Palmdale.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cancer Research and these may be left at the Chapel.
