The Relatives and Friends of the WILKES, MURPHY, COSTELLO, ELLIOT, BISHOP and CHILBY FAMILIES are invited to attend the Celebration of the Life of their dearly beloved wife, daughter, step-daughter, daughter- in-law, sister, sister- in-law, grand-daughter, aunt, cousin, niece and special friend to many, KAREN, to be held in St. Columba`s Catholic Church, Lockyer Street, Adamstown MONDAY morning 4/8/03 commencing at 10.30 o`clock.

Following this Service the Funeral Cortege will proceed to the Lawn Portion of Sandgate Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers
donations may be left at the Church towards the Children`s Ward of John Hunter Hospital in KAREN`s memory.
