to be held in the North Chapel of the Newcastle Memorial Park, Anderson Drive, Beresfield MONDAY morning (13/09/2004) commencing at 10 o`clock.

The Family have requested no flowers, donations may be left at the Chapel for the Mercy Hospice in LAZO`s memory.
