Dearly loved husband of JANET, much loved father and father-in-law of JOHN and GLORIA, CHERYL and JOHN, PETER and PAULINE, JANET and WAYNE, JUDITH and BRIAN and loving grandfather of RODNEY, RENAE, CHAD, BRENDON, TRAVIS, KIRSTY, SHANNON, SARA, MATHEW, ASHLEE, REILLY, SHIVANKA, SAMANTHA and ALYSSA, beloved brother, brother-in-law and uncle of the BOLAND and BUDGE FAMILIES

The Relatives and Friends of JACK are warmly invited to attend his Funeral to be held in St. Patrick`s Catholic Church, Macquarie St. Wallsend TUESDAY (12/8/03), Funeral Prayers commencing at 11 a.m.
