Francis. Died peacefully at the Alfred Hospital September 22, 2004. Loving and beloved husband of Jane. Much loved father of Christopher, Peter, Luke and Simon and loving grandfather of Annabel, Campbell, Christopher and Emma.

Loving father-in-law of Bernadette, Joanna and Rachel.

JORDAN. Requiem Mass for the repose of the soul of Mr CHRISTOPHER FRANCIS JORDAN will be offered at Immaculate Conception Church, cnr Glenferrie and Burwood Rds, Hawthorn MONDAY (September 27, 2004) at 10.00 a.m.

The Funeral will leave the Church at the conclusion of Mass for the Box Hill Cemetery (Middleborough Rd entrance).
