September 22, 2004, late of Hoppers Crossing, Victoria and formerly of Wollongong, NSW. Dearly loved husband of Pauline and father to Campbell and Alexi. Son of Brian and Julie and
brother to Nicole, Scott and Justine.

KJ will be sadly missed by his family and friends and all who knew and loved him.
