Forever in our heartsRelatives and Friends were kindly invited to a celebration of JOHN`s life held in the Hillside Chapel, Palmdale Crematorium TUESDAY 23rd November 2004, to commence at 11.30am. At the conclusion of the service the cortege proceeded to the Memorial Park for burial.
