COLLIE, Carol Ann, late of Macquarie Hills, passed away peacefully 11th December, 2004.
Aged 58 Years

Dearly loved wife of IAN, mother and mother-in-law of TROY and SANDRA COLLIE, LEIGH and MARK HOLDSWORTH, TRUDY and JUSTIN STEWART and loving nan to their FAMILIES, beloved daughter of CLARICE and the late CLIFF GREENTREE. Loved sister, sister-in-law and aunt of the GREENTREE and COLLIE FAMILIES.

The Relatives and Friends of CAROL are warmly invited to attend her Funeral to be held in the Chapel of Lake Macquarie Memorial Park Ryhope (Toronto exit off freeway) tomorrow TUESDAY (14/12/2004) Service commencing at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in the park grounds.
In lieu of flowers donations to Cancer Council may be made at the Service.
