Died peacefully at Mercy Hospice, Newcastle December 17, 2004. Late of Newcastle, formerly of Sydney and Taree.

Dearly beloved husband of Jenny, devoted and much loved father of Peter and Sally, and treasured brother and brother-in-law of Joan and Phil, Ross, Jenny and Ken, Ian and Elizabeth, Ross and Fiona, Ann and Trevor, Marilyn and Peter, and uncle of their children. Valued son-in-law of Roy.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate David`s life at his Funeral to be held in Christ Church Cathedral, Church Street, Newcastle, Wednesday (December 22, 2004) commencing at 11am, and afterwards at the offices of Harris Wheeler Lawyers, 175 Scott Street, Newcastle.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hunter Institute of Palliative Care, would be appreciated.
