Passed away peacefully at the Mater Hospital Waratah December 27th, 2004, aged 59 years.
Late of Tea Gardens, formerly of Waterloo.
Beloved husband of JACKIE, adored father and father-in-law to KELLY and STEVE PIETSCH. Loving grandfather to CHARLIE. A dear brother, brother-in-law and uncle.

PAT`s FAMILY warmly invites all Relatives and Friends to attend his Funeral Service to be conducted in St. Stephen`s Catholic Church, Witt St, Tea Gardens this FRIDAY, December 31st, 2004 commencing at 11 am. This service will be followed by a private cremation at St. Patrick`s of Nulkaba.
