A service of thanksgiving for the life of JIM will be celebrated in the Chapel of
The Innes Gardens Memorial Park Crematorium, Philip Charley Drive, Port Macquarie, on Friday March 3, 2006, commencing at 2pm.

In lieu of floral tributes, donations to the Exodus Foundation would be
appreciated. A donation bowl will be available at the chapel.
