Loved by many and respected by all.
Jack will be sadly missed.
The family warmly invites JACK`S relatives and many friends to attend his funeral service, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Cootamundra, on Monday (July 3, 2006), commencing at 2 p.m.
No flowers by request, donations preferred to CareFlight.
