Passed away peacefully in the loving arms of his Family on 9th October 2006.

Aged 28 Years

Beloved husband of KIRRILLEY (nee Cawthorne), dearly loved son of GARRY and KIM POLGLASE, cherished son-in-law of LESLIE and SANDRA CAWTHORNE, adored brother of ANGIE and partner PAUL, much loved grandson of RAYMOND and BETTE (dec) POLGLASE, ROBERT and DAPHNE TAYLOR, treasured brother-in-law of HAYLEY and CRAIG SOADY, loved nephew, cousin and uncle to the POLGLASE, LOGAN, LEGGETT and SOADY FAMILIES.

The Relatives, Friends and Colleagues of SCOTT are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of his Life to be held in Pettigrew`s Chapel, Harris St, Wallsend this FRIDAY (13/10/2006) Service commencing at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers donations to The Hunter Melanoma Foundation may be made at the Service.
