Dearly loved husband of NOREEN, much loved father of NATHAN, JANE, EMMA, JO and SOPHIE, loved son of DES and MYRNA, loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle of RHONDA, DAVID, KEVIN, CHRIS (dec`d) and RICK and their FAMILIES.

The Relatives and Friends of Tom are invited to attend his Funeral to be held in the Hillside Chapel, Palmdale Memorial Park, Ourimbah on MondayY (11.12.06), Service commencing at 10.30am. In lieu of flowers donations to Cancer Council may be made at the Service.
