Much loved son of JOHN and JULIEANNE, adored brother of CHLOE, loving grandson of PATRICK and PATRICIA O`HEA, TONY and MARJORIE HOWSE (both dec) and will be sadly missed by the HARTIGAN, HOGG, O`HEA, MAXWELL and HOCKINGS FAMILIES.
Aged 17 Years
Family and Friends of JOEL are invited to attend a Celebration of his Life this FRIDAY (13/4/07) commencing at 1pm in the Chapel of Lake Macquarie Memorial Park Crematorium, Cessnock Rd, Ryhope.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be left at the Chapel for I.C.U. John Hunter Hospital.
