Passed away peacefully 18th October, 2003 at Belmont Hospital, late of Valentine and formerly of Wahroonga. Beloved husband of AILSA, loving father and father-in-law of TRICIA and ADRIAN, loved grandfather of SARAH and PETER and ANDREW (dec`d), fond brother, brother-in-law and uncle of the PERKINS and MARKS FAMILIES.

The Relatives and Friends of the late FRANK PERKINS are invited to attend his Funeral Service this TUESDAY morning at 10 o`clock in All Saints Anglican Church, Church Street, Belmont.
The Service will be followed by a private cremation.
