Beloved husband and best friend of ROBYN, much loved brother, brother-in-law, cousin, uncle and great uncle to his FAMILY in WA and NSW, Friend to many in the basketball and softball communities.
A Memorial Service celebrating JOHN`s life is to be held at 10.30am on SUNDAY 23 August 2009 at the Multipurpose Building, Stevenson Park, Mayfield West. Details and map see www.steelers.softball.net.au
Robyn thanks Doctors Rita Singh and Tony Bonaventura, the staff at the Palliative Care Outreach Program, the doctors and nurses at the Mercy Hospice for their care and kindness, the staff at Warabrook Pharmacy for all their support.
In lieu of flowers donations to The Mercy Hospice Palliative Care Outreach Program, Waratah or Prostate Cancer Research may be left at the Service.
