Loving father of COURTNEY, ARIARNNE, BLAKE, BRANDON, BRODIE and BROCK, beloved son of PAT and BILL, husband for 16 years of VIRGINIA, beloved brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, nephew and friend.
Aged 49 Years
Family and Friends of BRAD are warmly invited to attend his Funeral Service at Lake Macquarie Memorial Park, Palmers Rd, Ryhope on MONDAY 7th December 2009 at 10am.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Heart Foundation may be left at the chapel.
