Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at The San Hospital on Saturday, April 30, 2011. Recently of Hornsby Heights.
Dearly loved husband of Joan, loved father of Kerry, Meegan and Lorelle. Father-in-law of Trevor and Nigel and loved Poppa of Naomi, Huon, Lucy-Rose and Eliza. He will be fondly remembered and will forever be in our hearts.
We love you Col.
Aged 76 years.
A service will be held in the South Chapel of Northern Suburbs Crematorium on Thursday (May 5, 2011), at 3 p.m.
