Passed away peacefully at home, May 18, 2011. Aged 87 years. Beloved husband of Janet (deceased). Cherished father and father-in-law of Sarah and Nick, Hilary and Roy, David and Cindy. Loving grandfather of Richard, Jamie, Toby, Nick, Angus and Jackson and great grandfather of Oliver. Fond brother of Pam and John (deceased).

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a celebration of Toby`s life, on Monday, May 23, 2011 at 12 p.m. in the South Chapel of the Northern Suburbs Crematorium, Delhi Road, North Ryde and afterwards for a light lunch.
