to be conducted in the Chapel of Lance L. Boots Funerals, 3 Johnson Close, Raymond Terrace this MONDAY 15/12/2003 commencing at 10 a.m. This Service will be followed by a private cremation, close family ly attending.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Mercy Hospice may be left at the Chapel.
