Died peacefully in her sleep at St Michael`s Nursing Home, Murrumbeena. Devoted wife of George (dec.), much loved mother of Kenneth (dec.) and Ruth. Mother-in-law of Douglas, grandmother of Rebecca and Robert.

Mass for remembering the life of Mrs HAZEL IRENE ADDISON will be celebrated at St Peter`s Anglican Church, Whitehorse Rd Box Hill MONDAY (December 15) commencing at 10.00 a.m.
