CHURCH, David John.

At Beleura Hospital, Mornington after a long illness 13th December, 2003 aged 42. Loving husband of Noelene, adored father of Gabrielle, Elloise and Edward.

Now at peace with his father Pat.

My darling David, my husband, my soul mate and wonderful father to our 3 beautiful children. I will always cherish the memories of the many happy years we spent together. Your courage gave me strength to be brave and help me care for you until the end. Your love will surround and embrace me and give me great comfort. May there be a beautiful garden in heaven for you to sit and watch over us.

I will love you forever. Your darling, Noelene

Special thanks to Dr Mitra, Dr Cross and Dr Nicky Martin, the wonderful staff at Flinders Ward and chemo room at Beleura Hospital, our friends and families for their support throughout the year.

We have been blessed to have had you in our lives.

Mass for the Repose of the Soul of Mr DAVID JOHN CHURCH will be offered at St Macartan`s Church, Drake Street, Mornington (parking avail. off Cook St)

TOMORROW

WEDNESDAY (December 17th) at 10 a.m. The Funeral will leave at the conclusion of Mass for Burial at the Mornington Cemetery, Craigie Road, Mount Martha.
