John`s funeral will take place at All Saints` Church, 85 Ocean St, Woollahra on Thursday, June 9, 2011, commencing at 2.30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Cancer Council of Australia. Envelopes will be available at the church.
A private cremation will follow
