Aged 68 years.
TONYS family and friends are warmly invited to attend his Funeral Service to be held in the South Chapel of Northern Suburbs Crematorium, Delhi Road, North Ryde, on Friday (June 10, 2011), commencing at 1 p.m

A Memorial Service to celebrate TONYS life will be held at University House, Canberra, on Wednesday (June 22, 2011) commencing at 10.30 a.m.
