Loving husband of Diane (deceased). Father and father-in-law of Stephen and Cheryl, John and Suzie, Robert, Eric and Anne, Michael and Joanne, grandfather and great-grandfather to their children.
Aged 80 years

Relatives and friends of JACK are warmly invited to attend his funeral service to be held on Friday (July 8, 2011) in the North Chapel of Pinegrove Crematorium at 10 a.m.
At the conclusion of the service, the Burial will take place in the adjoining cemetery.
