his funeral service to be held at Leura Memorial Gardens & Crematorium, Kitchener Road, Leura, on Tuesday (August 23, 2011), commencing at 11 a.m.
By request no floral tributes donations in lieu to Beyond Blue would be appreciated. Envelopes will be available at the chapel.
