Passed away peacefully and very loved at home on September 6, 2011.
Wife and soulmate of Barry, mother and mother-in-law of Steven and Vicki, Rikki and Julie, and adored grandmother of Jacqueline, Leah, Shannon, Simon, Stephanie and Daine.
Pam will be dearly missed by the Carter and Blue families and her beloved friends.
Prayers will be offered for PAM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Kerrinea Road, Sefton on Monday (September 12, 2011) commencing at 1pm. In lieu of flowers donations to The National Breast Cancer Foundation
