Miss you poppy, best POP in the world, you taught me how to just to smile and look dumb, to fly under the radar (the best way to gather information), but always give time and wisdom to those who take the time to get to know you. You also showed me how to help those who need and deserve help and never ask for anything in return, but secretly be stoked at seeing how you helped them. You communicated so much with so few words, just a secret wink behind Nan’s back let me know - “don’t worry I’m playing her, watch this” - but not sure if you saw the other secret wink I got back from Nan to tell me “I know what he’s up to, but I don’t want him to know how much I enjoy fussing over him”.
